Maldecido is back!!
When
the Maldecido CD came out there was supposed to be a 7"
to accompany it but it never came out. Which might of been a
good thing, because now its out thanks to the help of Vinehell
and it has almost all unreleased songs. Originally there was
none. Buy
it now!!
We
also did a drunken interview with Sound Scene Revolution. Check
it out here at
Sound Scene Revolution.
You
can also check them out on myspace.

The Fest Rules!!!
This was our first time at the Fest and it blew away
the expectations. Great bands, great people, and great parties.
I put up some photos here.
I could have sworn I got a lot more but oh well... I was just
having to much fun. Met a bunch of old pen pals for the first
time and a lot of new friends. Fucking amazing!! Already looking
forward to next year. Well.... as soon as the fest aids go away.
Nobody warned us about that.
Cheers, Rob/WS

We are back in action and playing our first show since
Europe August 9th at The
Blank Club. This should be a really fun show. I can't remember
the last time No Use For A Name played San Jose and it will
be great to share the stage with them. We also got some new
players for the show and the band has never sounded better.
Mike Fox is filling in the 2nd guitar slot and Rusty Pipes is
rocking the bass. Get your tickets now, the show is likely to
sell out. We also should have a couple new releases coming soon.
The Replacements comp on 1234
Go, the long over due Maldecido 7" on 1234 Go/Vinehell,
and the split 7" with Morgue Side Cinema on Vinehell. We
also got confirmation that we will be playing the Gainsville
Fest 5. More details to come. Stay tuned. Oh one more thing,
our hometown label now has an official online store with tons
of cool punk/hardcore stuff from around the globe. Check it
out! www.vinehellstore.com

I don't know what you heard but its not true. Europe
was great and we want to thank all the cool bands, clubs, squats,
and people who fed us and made us feel at home. We can't wait
to come back. We are currently working on new material and trying
out some new musicians. So yes, that is true, there will be
some new faces the next time we hit the stage. We'll be back
soon with some more updates and photos from the tour.
Cheers, Rob

Rumors??
There has been some talk that the Maldecido 7"
will be released with the help of Vinehell doing a split release
with 1234 Go records. I think it will be out this summer.
I heard it will now be all unreleased songs. There has also
been some talk that Whiskey Sunday is doing a split with the
Drunk Injuns. That would be rad, since most of us grew up listening
to them. It would be like Screeching Weasel doing a split with
the Ramones. I think that is set for the summer too.
Has anyone heard when the next Gainsville Fest is happening?
The word on the streets is that Whiskey Sunday will be playing.
That would be sick.
On
the non-rumor front: We are heading to Europe in 2 days. 19
shows in a row, should be a blast. Also the Morgue Side Cinema
split is at the pressing plant and will definitely be ready
this summer. After that we will continue working on our new
full length.
See
you soon! WS

Thanks!!!
To all the kind folk who showed up to our gigs and
the bands that rock with us. We will be taking a break from
local shows for awhile to get ready for Europe and work on new
songs. When we return we will start recording for our 3rd album.
Stay tuned!
OUT NOW!

The shits rolling in.
We have a bunch of shows coming up including a Northwest tour
and Europe tour. We also have two great releases coming soon.
We have a split with Snuggle and a split with the almighty Morgue
Side Cinema from Japan. We are also writing a bunch of new songs
for our third full length. There is no release date yet but
its in the works and its gonna be good. We are also putting
together the re-release of our debut CD with bonus tracks and
a brand new cover. Jack Daniels came across the original CD
and didn't like the idea of us mocking their logo. We told them
it was out of love for their product, but I guess that wasn't
enough.
See you at the shows. Cheers, Rob/WS
